Driftline Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Driftline Affiliate Program! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for affiliates participating in our program. By signing up and becoming an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
Affiliate Agreement
1.1. By signing up for the Driftline Affiliate Program, you are entering into a binding agreement with Driftline, agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
1.2. Affiliates are required to represent the Driftline brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Eligibility and Enrollment
2.1. To be eligible for the Driftline Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website or online platform.
2.2. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate application or account for any reason, including but not limited to, content that is inappropriate, violates intellectual property rights, or promotes hate speech.
Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including contact details and payment preferences.
3.2. Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent or unethical practices to generate referrals or sales.
3.3. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to those related to advertising, privacy, and data protection.
3.4. Affiliates shall not engage in any form of hate speech, discrimination, or promotion of illegal activities in their marketing efforts.
Promotional Activities
4.1. Affiliates are authorized to use approved promotional materials provided by Driftline for the purpose of promoting the brand and its products.
4.2. Affiliates may not modify or alter any Driftline branding, logos, images, or promotional materials without prior written consent.
4.3. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Driftline's branded terms or trademarks in any paid search engine marketing campaigns.
Commission and Payment
5.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links or codes.
5.2. Commission rates and payment terms will be communicated separately and are subject to change at the discretion of Driftline.
5.3. Payments will be made on a regular basis, provided that the minimum payment threshold has been reached. The payment threshold will be communicated to affiliates.
Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, related to Driftline's brand and products, remain the sole property of Driftline.
6.2. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Driftline's intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting the brand within the scope of the affiliate program.
Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.
7.2. Driftline reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's account and withhold any unpaid commissions if the affiliate violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical activities.
Modification of Terms
8.1. Driftline reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
8.2. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions. Continued participation in the affiliate program after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
