RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Looking to make a return or exchange? No problem! We're happy to accept returns or exchanges for a refund within 30 days of original purchase date, as long as the following conditions are met:

Products

As long as products are unworn, unwashed, and with tags still on, they can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase.
 If there is any sign of wear & tear, items will not be available for a refund or exchange. Final sale and promotional items are also excluded from returns and exchanges.

Return Label & Packaging

Returns and exchanges can be made using our pre-paid, print-at-home return shipping label. It is also recommended that you use the original Kraft Mailer package to ship your return in, as these are reusable packages with a secondary adhesive strip for sending back returns.

Refunds

Once the return or exchange package is received, please allow 24 hours for the refund process to begin. A credit will then be made in the form of original payment within 7 days, at which point a new purchase can be made if you were looking to exchange an item. Please advise that we cannot refund any original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
